Widemouth Bay Caravan Park, Bude

We had a lovely time at this resort, enjoying clean facilities and a nice view of the sea from our pitch. The kids had fun with the on-site activities, although the lack of dog-friendly areas was a downside for us. Service was generally good, especially with the staff quickly resolving our booking issue. However, the shower facilities could use more maintenance during peak season.

My stay started on a positive note with welcoming staff, but quickly deteriorated due to issues with cleanliness and facilities. The location was nice, close to the beach, which was a definite plus. Unfortunately, the level of upkeep and service left much to be desired, particularly in the shower blocks and on-site dining options.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. The caravan was clean and comfortable, and the location allows easy access to the stunning beach. The staff were very responsive to any issues we had, which was a big plus. However, it would have been nice if the bar stayed open later, especially during peak times when more guests are around.

Widemouth Bay Caravan Park is a clean and well-maintained place with great entertainment options for families. While I appreciated the cleanliness and the good food at the restaurant, the hilly terrain and some limited facilities were drawbacks for me. Overall, it's a solid base for exploring North Cornwall, but those with mobility issues may find it challenging to navigate.
